Our small-group sound baths are held on Sunday morning and Thursday evening. 75 minutes of gentle sound, relaxation, and restoration.

Special Sound Bath Events

These immersive experiences are held occasionally and include full moon gatherings, themed sound baths, and special events. Each event is 90 minutes, with guided reflection, journaling prompts, and mantras aligned to the theme.
