A 4-Week Nervous System Regulation Workshop

Return to Center is a 4-week workshop designed to help you feel more grounded, calm, and supported in your daily life.

Through a blend of somatic practices, breathwork, gentle movement, grounding techniques, and sound healing, you’ll learn simple, effective tools to regulate your nervous system and work with anxiety in a more supportive way.

Each session includes guided practices, reflection, and a restorative sound bath to help integrate what you’ve learned.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to recognize early signs of stress and anxiety

  • Body-based tools to release and regulate tension

  • Breath and sound practices to shift your state

  • Simple ways to support your nervous system throughout the day
